Dale Kietzman University

School of International Developement

 Bachelor of Business Administration

The BBA program stresses the development of communication skills that are essential in business. Students develop these skills as a result of study in logic, problem solving, and communication theory. Students gain an understanding of marketing, operations, finance, accounting and other business functions. The inherent Christian perspective requires that students develop the ability to make ethical inquiries, recognize social responsibilities in business environments, and develop tools and methods that reflect interdisciplinary approaches to problem solving. Students develop skills in group dynamics so as to be able to work effectively in cross disciplinary and cross cultural circumstances.
